🎓 End of Term Reflections – Tenderville School Dear Esteemed Parents, As we close this academic year, we reflect with profound gratitude for a session filled with learning, growth, and transformative impact. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and partnership played a crucial role in its success. On behalf of the entire staff and management of Tenderville School, we say thank you. May the Almighty bless your homes and meet you at every point of need. 🏫 Primary School Highlights This session saw several impactful academic upgrades, particularly in English Language, where pupils explored fables, biographies, newspaper reports, and persuasive writing to sharpen literacy, creativity, and critical thinking. We also introduced Geography as a stand-alone subject across various grades, sparking curiosity through engaging lessons on continents, weather systems, and global cultures. In Mathematics and Science, pupils engaged in real-life applications and thrilling experiments—building analytical skills and a love for inquiry-based learning. Our commitment remains steadfast: to deliver a future-forward curriculum that blends academic rigor with essential life skills and 21st-century competencies. 🌟 Celebrating Excellence: Tirenioluwa Idowu We are immensely proud of Tirenioluwa Idowu, our Head Girl, who graduates from Year 6 with stellar results and begins her journey at Lagoon Girls' Secondary School. Her leadership, grace, and dedication have been truly inspiring. Congratulations, Tirenioluwa—we'll always be proud of you! 🧸 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Our youngest learners had a joyful and enriching year full of play, imagination, and discovery. They developed socially, emotionally, and cognitively while building key literacy and numeracy foundations. A major milestone was the Preschool 2 Graduation Ceremony, celebrating their readiness for Year 1. We can’t wait to welcome them in September—adorable ties and all! 💛 Character Development & Values Through classroom discussions, assemblies, and interactive sessions, our pupils embraced values of empathy, leadership, kindness, and respect—woven seamlessly into their daily learning. 👔 Father’s Day Celebration One of the term’s highlights was our heartwarming Father’s Day Breakfast, where children shared joyful moments and meals with their dads. We thank all fathers who made time to join us—it was truly unforgettable. 🤝 Parental Involvement Your continuous involvement—whether through conferences, homework support, or school events—reinforces the powerful bond between home and school. We deeply appreciate the role you play in nurturing future-ready children. 🎉 A Final Word & Looking Ahead To our graduates and transitioners: Well done!
